Let's get out of this country

Well, dear readers, I'm off to Thailand for a two-week reboot. I'm not entirely sure what to expect, but I'm extremely excited. I'll be maneuvering the bustle of street vendors, burning off my taste buds with fireball-level spices, touring through countrysides and villages, exploring the exotica of floating markets, and taking in as much culture as Customs will legally allow.

But fear not, because I've put together two weeks of posts to appear in my absence. That's right--you won't even realize that I'm gone. So keep checking back here for more music, art, photography and a very cool two-part interview with one of my favorite new musicians. And when I get back, I'll probably even throw in a few overseas adventures and choice photos in addition to the usual assorted mayhem around here.

(And finally, a big thanks to Rachel for throwing up my posts while I'm away.)

wow. good for you. It would be real cool if you took lots of pics of stuff, especially regular stuff, like supermarkets, people, etc...and then posted them. and of course, bring back some music. (fingers crossed)
